We ship discreetly from the UK using as much biodegradable packaging as possible (unless it's for hygiene reasons)

UK - We offer free delivery across the UK. 

Europe - £6.99

International - £17.99 per order.

Customs and import fees

Customers inside the UK are, of course, exempt from customs fees.

Elsewhere, you should always check with your local customs and import laws to see if an order you place from abroad will incur fees when it enters your country. The Beast Asylum has no control over these fees, and cannot pay them for you before the order arrives in your country.

However, if you’re in the US, at present anything below a $2,500 (USD) order constitutes an ‘informal entry’, and will not incur customs fees.

Production times

We're proud that we make everything by hand here in our workshop, largely to order, with quality front and centre of every process. We operate the following lead times to accommodate production and delivery in our new COVID world:

Dispatched within 2 working days.

Inventory Orders:

Dispatched next working day (Monday-Saturday)

We ship via Royal Mail.
