Returns & Refunds


Custom Orders

We take the utmost care when creating and inspecting your fantasy dildos and toys before we send them to you. However, in the very unlikely event you have received a faulty/defective item or the wrong product (not what you ordered), we will offer a full refund on the product. We may request photographic proof of the fault and request the product to be returned to us before we can process the refund. If the product is faulty/defective or the wrong product the return postage costs will be at our expense. 

Inventory Orders

We clearly photograph the exact toy being sent (including any defects for Grade B and Grade C toys). We will not accept returns for flop defects listed - please reach out to us before you order if you have any questions at all. 

IMPORTANT - Given the nature of the products we sell, we cannot under any circumstances accept a return and issue a refund if the product as been removed from the sealed plastic bag it was sent in for either Custom or Inventory items. If the bag has been damaged or the seal (hygiene sticker) broken then unfortunately we cannot accept a return and make a refund. Please carefully inspect your new product through the transparent plastic hygiene bag for faults/damage/correct order before opening this part of the packaging. 

Just to be clear here - we treat hygiene for both you and ourselves extremely seriously, hence the hard rule. 


Unfortunately, as we make to order and given the nature of our products, we don't offer refunds or exchanges should you change you mind once the order has been placed.
